I worked at KFC when Rotisserie Gold was introduced. All KFC employees were forced to attend a five-hour company presentation at a local hotel. Then we had a training session in our restaurant. And, all this was followed by an open house dinner for crew members and their families. There was also a slight uniform change with the Rotisserie Gold logo on hats and shirts. The company invested a lot of money on Rotisserie Gold.
One of the side dishes that was introduced along with Rotisserie Gold was garden rice. It didn't last long, because Americans don't like rice. :lol: I liked it though. I used to take garden rice, white gravy, and a little chicken and stir it up into an impromptu casserole dish. Yummy!
