Remember those commercials from the early 90's, encouraging people to eat beef?

The theme, Aaron Copland's Hoedown, is awesome. It's funny that it's known as the "Beef, It's What's for Dinner" theme, but it stands entirely on its own. I can listen to it all day.

I can't think of anything tastier than a grilled medium-rare ribeye. Beef is awesome.

Beef needs to be on my plate. Otherwise is not a meal.

I can't live without the Wendy's Baconator and the McDonald's Angus Bacon and Cheese. I only like it with bacon and the burger without any cheese.

Yeah, I remember those commercials. I'm also a fan of Aaron Copland with Fanfare for the Common Man being another Copland favorite of mine.

I love those commercials, and I LOVE the music. Also the fact that two cool cowboys (Robert Mitchum and Sam Elliott) do the voice-overs doesn't hurt either.

for some reason, the dinner scene in Hook always reminded me of those awesome beef commercials. the tune just goes perfect with it.

Loved this commercial. Isn't it the theme from Fievel Goes West? Or is it entirely orginial? I never noticed that this was specifically for beef, I always thought it was a product commercial. Like Hamburger Helper or something. But it doesn't surprise me considering the popularity of the Got Milk? ads.

Speaking of beef, I have some leftovers from Outback for dinner in a little while. I'm totally hungry now though.

I don't know if I recall these ads (may have been too young), but my mother or my older bro may have. Still mouth watering by the way.
