I personally didn't own the video, but it was one of those videos that was constantly shown in my school on rainy days.

In school they wanted me to read it. Ended up with Alice Adventures in Wonderland. Much better.
I read the book and I've seen this movie many times. Never owned it, though, but I did own the book (who knows whatever happened to it, though). Charlotte's Web is one of my fav childhood movies. Liked all the songs too.

Exactly! Same here.
I saw it the first time in school. Good movie, does feel like it was made in the 70s at all.
My mom recorded it off of the tv when I was little and I used to watch it all the time. It was on the same tape as the Muppets 20 year celebration so I watched them together a lot.
The only one I've owned and still do is back when McDonald's had a VHS of it you could get from them. I also read the book a little while back.
I read somewhere that the Charlotte's Web author hated the Hanna Barbera version,specially because she felt they've turned the story into a musical (which is technically true).
I have that same McDonalds video tape. Found it recently when I was going through some boxes of old tapes.
I have the VHS version. I haven't watched in it a long time. The kids never have any interest in it. I actually had to check to see if I even owned it.
Found a 1986 paramount copy (1979 tape inside) at the beginning of this month.

We never owned a VHS copy but my mom recorded it off the Disney Channel but the tape broke sadly.
