Everyone I know grew up loving this show. I must be the only person who is annoyed as hell by it.
I used to watch it...think I liked it. That aside, I like other shows that make fun of it. lol
An ep of Dexter's Laboratory did it. That was hilarious, and I don't even care for that show. :lol:

Hey, has anyone here seen the original opening and heard the original song?
It has the same tune as the English version, only the few lyrics it had were changed.
Just change "Speed" to "Mach". lol "Mach mach, go go...mach mach go go..mach mach go go go~~~~" lol
The ending is exactly the same as the Japanese version...minus the "Go Speed Racer" part...and has "Mach" instead.

i loved the show alot i wish i could watch it again. i played the game on Super Nintendo

Make that two of us. The only thing I liked about Speed Racer was the opening theme song. The show itself was kind of boring.
The thing I remember most vividly is how quickly they talked.
"Wow we're really going to have to use our heads to think of this one. What should we do?"

yeah, but I mentioned it because they used the caracters. I didn't know from what cartoon it was at the time. I didn't watch speed racers, because I was an infant at the time. So..yeah.

That Version of Speed Racer looks like it's going to be awful. :x
