In space no one can eat ice cream...

It´s Late Friday night and Cove Crescent police
precinct is being swamped with emergency calls
about a bunch of giant clowns with orange fringe
hair, big red noses, baggy polka dot suits and
size 50 shoes. Who are zapping people into candy
floss cocoons and sucking their blood through
    striped curly straws...
It's OK, next time I'll make you listen. I wish that it were in the power of all children to say that to their parents and to know that indeed they would be heard as we were in those wonderful days on Waltons Mountain.Narrator The Waltons (From the Runawa

Dave: "I've seen enough. One baker five. Kurt, do you read me. Over.
Mooney: "One baker five, this is Mooney speaking. I was a little worried about you, thought the big, bad clowns got you. Over."
Dave: "Mooney, I want you to listen to me and don't say anything. I want you to call the state police and get help. There are clowns and they are killing people. Over."

This was one weird movie! I was never really a fan...at all! I think I have a clown phobia though so that might make more sense lol

I think I remember the end of this movie where they had a normal looking clown guy just sitting back while some guys are talking and he was pointing at mosquitoes and saying "POW!" and they'd blow up. Then some stupid little kid with a cap gun runs up to him and shoots at him a bunch of times with a cap gun, sticks his tongue out, and runs off. But as the kids running the clown dude points his finger at the kid and says "POW!" and laughs maniacally and that's the end of it.

That movie kinda freaked me out, but I was about 8 or 9 when I saw it so I suppose it's understandable. At least I think that's from the same movie anyway :?

Loved the movie. I also remember they had the cotton candy cocoons, the killer baloon animals and the female clowns with the inflatable boobs.

"Killer klow-ow-ow-ow-oons from outer space!" Not only one of the greatest films ever, but one of the greatest theme songs too!

Deathmetal, if you dig around in the bargain bins at Walmart (or various electronics superstores, Hastings, Best Buy, etc) you can wrangle a copy of the special edition DVD for around $5. It's got lots of extras -- but unfortunately, they left off the music video that was on the original VHS release.

Oh, god, Killer Klowns is practically part of the Saturday night double feature late nights on weekends in my area. Killer Klowns is on almost every other week. It is awfully lame but yet so are the Nightmare on Elm Street films and I've been watching them lately.
