I hope it will display this time in the forum but here is the animated gif of the part that The USA Network cut out of Sonic Satam Epsiode 15.
This part was shown on the shows original ABC Saturday Morning Run but when the show was moved over to the USA Network it was cut out to make more room for longer Commercial Breaks!

Most network shows edit out 2 minutes or so of each episode when they are put into syndication.
This is done because, as you said, more time is needed for commercial breaks.
