Hullo~ I'm trying to remember/find an old Christmas cartoon (black and white I think, probably 1940's or before) The stand out feature is that Santa was filling stockings, and one didn't seem to get any more full as he stuffed more and more things in. He discovered the child had cut a hole in the bottom of the stocking so everything fell through into a large box underneath. That gave Santa a jolly laugh heartily, as he did throughout the cartoon.
Anyone?
Thanks :)

That's actually not the one I was thinking about, where toys actually fell down into a box...but this one was darling and another I used to see, thank you for sharing it!!
And in fact, the Santa laugh is like I remember, so it may very well be that I have the laughing aspect of this one and the stocking part of another jumbled in my head.
I enjoyed the video, thanks again :)

Hmm... That one kept coming up on youtube, but I thought it couldn't be the one, because I thought the whole thing took place at santa's house, I forgot the existance of the early part where it has him visiting the kids' houses.
