Something I would love to do with my life when I get older is to start a network where Saturday morning cartoons and retro shows could be combind (take note, I grew up in the 90's). The Shows get more mature as the night goes on. My lineup would be.

6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
6:00: TMNT
6:30: Mighty Max
7:00: Sam and Max: Feelance Police!
7:30: Goosebumps (just to change things up a little)
8:00: X-Men
8:30: Spider-Man
9:00: Men In Black
9:30: The Tick (Spooooon!)
10:00: Eek! The Cat
10:30: Batman TAS
11:00: Freakazoid
11:30: Animainiacs

12:00-10:00 PM (with some cartoons)

12:00: Nick Arcade
12:30: Legenda of the Hidden Temple
1:00: A full hour of a certain cartoon
2:00: Space Cases
2:30: Salute Your Shorts
3:00: All That
3:30: Saved by the Bell
4:00: The Zack Files
4:30: SK8 Tv
5:00: Eeire Indianna
5:30 - 7:00: Music Videos
7:00: Boy Meets World
7:30: Boy Meets World
8:00: Weird Science
8:30: Beavis and Butthead
9:00: Daria
9:30: Are You Afraid of The Dark?

Late Night into Sunday Morning

10:00: Liquid Television
10:30: The Maxx
11:00: The Critic
11:30: Duckman

12:00-1:00: Late Night with Conan O'Brien (I can dream can't I?)

I can't think of a filler between this so I'll stop here

I'd pay for that line up!...I've already decided that I'm going to spend heaven watching nothing but the old kid shows i used to watch and playing with my polly pockets.......oh yeah, and shoving my face full of PB crisps because you cant gain weight in heaven.. BOO YA! Any one is invited!
Could I be read if I were see-through or would you just read my spine?

Thats a pretty good line up. I would prbably replace Sam and Max and Goosebumps with Beast Wars and Transformers. I would also add a time slot for Even Stevens in the afternoon line up.

oh man, what i would give to have any one of those lineups on tv, even for one saturday morning. soo many good shows from our childhood compared to the crap they show now on most channels. my ideallineup would probly consist of large blocks of g.i. joe, the real ghostbusters, and TMNT as those were my favorite shows, but id also throw in some thundercats and maybe some ducktales and muppet babies too.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

New shows! Give me some good new shows! Sure, there are lots of old shows I like that I could line up to watch on a Saturday. However, ideally, I'd want something new to surprise me.
Saturday Morning isn't just a part of the week. It's a state of mind.

Well without going into too much detail, my channel's weekdays would be filled with probably a 20/80 ratio of old/new programming throughout, and saturday's would be ALL about retro (as shown in my previous post  ) and Sundays would be 50/50 new/old.

I like the balance, and firmly beleive i could beat any network currently existing. There's just so many nostalgic people out there, with their memories going untapped

I was actually thinking of doing the exact same thing, I would love to see someone do that soon or maybe I could, but idk how hard it would be to get the rights to all the shows and have enough money for a tv station. That would be awesome if someone did that.
