need help on this. i could have sworn this movie was called the enforcers, but i can't seem to find it anywhere or on imdb.
was a futuristic story about a guy who was half man half tank. he had a red eye or an eyepiece or something. i think he may have been turned into the man/tank in the beginning of the flick. anybody know any more about this?

i saw it in the early - mid 80's. we rented it from the video store so i assume it came out around the same time.

nope. i'm pretty sure it was made before the robocop series started. the main character had basically a tank from the waist down with body armor above the waist.
