I've been searching for this TV Show and I can't find anything!

Its dating back to the mid 90's, perhaps even before. Its about a Private Investigator (or a Detective), searching for a criminal named (I THINK!) Mendoza. The characters are all puppets (some are made of clay if I recall correctly). The Investigator had wheels insteed of feet.

They had short episodes of about 15 mins.

I'm really after this show!

    Thanks for the reply, but I'm affraid thats not it.

    I'm not sure the villan name is Mendoza, but thats what I recall.

    I'm not sure they are even puppets, They were more like Dolls. Its one of these mini shows you make by shooting a frame every minutre or so, and during frame shoots you change the doll posture.

      When you said mid-90s, detective and puppets, Dog City instantly came to mind, but the detective was a dog and had no wheels on his feet... so that's likely not it. 15 minute installments -- I'm assuming you're outside of the US?

        When you said mid-90s, detective and puppets, Dog City instantly came to mind, but the detective was a dog and had no wheels on his feet... so that's likely not it. 15 minute installments -- I'm assuming you're outside of the US?

        I didn't understand that saying.

        I'm from Israel, but the show was in English, and I tend to believe it was an American show.

        It wasn't a cartoon, at all.

          I meant episodes. Generally, American shows are 30 minutes -- but sometimes with kids shows, there's two different stories during a 30 minute episode.

            the show was about 15 mins I remember.

            I dont think it was a children show, they aired it pretty late (after 22:00).

                hi, thx :) cant seem to find any information about PC Pinkerton or any images regarding that show.

                Any idea where I can verify if thats the show I was talking about?

                    Dont think thats it. I've looked at the episodes list and nothing seemed familiar ... Belle is not a name I remember from the show. I dont even think they had females there.

                    Arrggghhh :( ssooo frustrating :(
