I remember it coming on sci-fi(I believe) somewhere in the 1997-1999 period. I can't quite remember tht much. I know that the cat is taken over by a alien symbiote or demon on a space ship and that the only person left at the end is a woman and I think she escapes...anyone know the name?

    Im presuming film.

    Women only survivor, ect ect sounds like Alien.
    it could also be the body snatchers, but i doubt that as its not on a spaceship

    I also would have though everyoen has heard of alien or alien 2, 3 and 4 :D.

      Um...well its anime. So....it is most definetly not alien.

            That sounds a bit like Lily C.A.T. A review for the film can be seen here. (Unfortunately, they didn't like the film.)

            I haven't seen it since high school, but I seem to recall a very gruesome scene where a cat gets killed.

                    It most likely is Lily CAT, as it did air on Sci-fi. Though, from everyone i've talked to, the movie is horrible.
