How did you do it. I know some of you had to have distroied a barbie or 2 how did you do it? Where did you do it?
My friends and I burned a barbie in a tin box. The fire got kind of out of controle and I lost my Pac-Man sheet in the process. I remember the smell of rubber and ICK. We watched it burn for a good hour or so before putting it out.

I never set one on fire, but we gave them hair cuts. And made wierd clothes. My best friend Josh loved to play barbies with me. He brushed the heads off a few of them.

i burned my barbies under a gazebo in the park with a group of friends...i was in 4th grade i believe. good thread tranzorgirl!!

I use to give my barbies toilet paper clothes and cut their hair. My mom had refused to buy me a Ken (because she was afraid I'd make them kiss or something) so I cut one barbie's hair and made her um him a suit of TP and called her a him. After the first date between Barbie and the shim I got a Ken. LOL

I used to hate Barbie as a youth... but now I respect Barbie compared to the other dolls that exist like BRATZ, or MY SCENE that teach girls to dress like whores and be popular. Barbie has had over 75 JOBS. Barbie has been a dentist, a paleontologist, an Air Force fighter pilot, a World Cup soccer competitor, a firefighter, and a candidate for President. Even in demanding positions, though, Barbie retained her fashion sense.

its just me and my two brothers, so we never had barbie dolls laying around. I mainly roasted action figures.

i never liked barbie as a kid but my mom wanted me to be the perfect little girl so she baught me a grip load of barbie dolls and the self moving barbie horse.....well, i took them and the horse and cut their hair and decided to play Joan of Arc ^_^;; hehehehe so my barbie burned at the stake for being accused of witchery

Me too! I never had a Barbie. We blew up He-Man figures, though.
I gave all mine to charity.
But I do know one kid in junior high who ripped poor Barbie's limbs apart and made a necklace out of it. :?

My cousin used to have Jem dolls fromt he cartoon. They weren't barbie but the toys were basically the same thing with different heads. I regret it now, but at the time I thought it was funny: I got a kick from tearing their limbs off. Heads too! They went back on, alright, but they were never able to hold the pose you put them in after...I feel so ashamed :(
you were a boy, it was socialy acceptable and in a way expected.

Being the innocent, confused child that I was, I used to cut my Barbie's hair thinking it would grow back, and after a few days the disappointment would start to set in when I realized that it wasn't going to grow back. :lol:
Other than that I never really did anything too extreme to my Barbie Dolls, just sold them at a garage sale, which I'm now regretting.

I used to crucify my Barbies.
Also, did you know that the heat produced from a 75-watt light bulb will melt Barbie's arms?

I wasn't into barbies when I was young but when I did get them, somehow the ended up destroyed. Sorry mom, I have no idea how her hair got cut up...

My mom was always anti-white barbies she thought i should only have dolls that looked like me the on;y white dolls I ever got were the disney princess ones . So when rectreating my favorite tv shows that had white casts like I dream of geaniee I wold simply paint my black barbies all white with whit paint as needed :roll: .
