I seem to remember seeing a movie on TV many years a go when I was a little kid, so it was probably between the years of 1993 and 1997. It may not have existed, it's possible that I dreamt it in my mind because nobody else remembers, but anyway, here is what it was.

All I remember is a silver robot spider thing walking on an outside glass window of a skyscraper, and I am sure it was at night time. That's all I remember. I don't remember if there was more than one spider. I only remember seeing one, but it's possible there could have been more. I also don't remember how big it was. It could have been anywhere to a tiny crab spider to the CyberSPider from DOOM.

I am sorry I am being very vague, but that's all I remember. Does this ring a bell to anyone? If not, then I probably made it up in my mind. Please help if you can. Thank you!

That's what I meant, I just couldn't think of the name. Anyway, did this movie really exist or did I make it up in my mind?

Actually I remember something like that, but the spider didn't look robotic, no idea of what it could be.

The only movie that I can think of that has spider-like robot thingies in it was Runaway with Tom Selleck and Gene Simmons (yes, the guy from Kiss). It was a 1984 movie, so I could be wrong. Here is what the New York Times had to say about it.

EDIT: Found a photo of the robots:

Protecting the new ways for me and for you.
          What more can we do?"
