LIVE TOURS:
US:1996-1998/UK:2001-2003: Marc Weiner's Weinerville Live
HISTORY:
Nickelodeon Weinerville was an instant hit; when the show premiered all first season episodes ran in a two-hour marathon every Sunday at 2:00PM/ET. Season two premiered on Memorial Day of 1994 those episodes were daily episodes every afternoon at 3:30 PM/ET. Another great premiere; it was talked on Entertainment Tonight, and on Good Morning America, and was nominated for a Cable Ace Award. and then later on moved to Nick In The Afternoon's rotation (you know: Stick Stickley's Show). The Sunday marathon was still on the Nickelodeon rotation. Then the Sunday marathon/afternoon episodes ended on February 1996 When they moved Weinerville on weekday mornings at 7:00AM/ET and the afternoon). Unfortunately good things must come to an end; Weinerville ended on the Nickelodeon airways on June 30, 1997 the last thing Nickelodeon showed was the Weinerville Chanukah Special on Sunday, December 21, 1997 at 1:00PM/ET. Then Marc Weiner and his crew went to move on to other things: He took the Weinerville show on the road as a live stage show in 1997 and did some comedy in various stages, and was a regular on Comedy Centrals' short lived show ‘Make Me Laugh', Marc was interviewed on Cartoon Networks' 'Space Ghost Coast to Coast' Episode 58: ''Terminal'' not exactly an interview but it was neat to see Marc as Joey Delux and Commander O-Zone again for a whole 4 minutes (It should've been longer). Then in 2001 Marc took Weinerville Live to the UK and starred in some Mighty Mints commercials, finally Marc Weiner and his family all resign in Stamford Connecticut. Now Nickelodeon Weinerville episodes are in a shelf somewhere in the hollowed halls of Viacom International Inc, Until they release them as a DVD set in the near future.
EPISODE GUIDE NOTES:
*Marc wore an unbuttoned Weinerville baseball type jersey (which was white and had a small Weinerville logo in front right, and on the back had the words: “Weiner 1” like a team jersey. A green under shirt is what Marc wore under the jersey in all season one episodes.
Season two Marc wore a different Weinerville jersey it was white and sometimes grey, it was still unbuttoned but it had a small hotdog Nickelodeon logo in front right and the Weinerville logo on the back, and Marc wore different color under shirts, (dark red, green, baby blue, orange-yellow. (black and purple were used once)
+This episode was the season two premiere/and on this episode in one scene Marc and Sacko are tied up, Marc is wearing his season one Weinerville jersey.
PS: Since this is probally the only place on the internet that has a Weinerville episode guide, feel free to post it on your sites, or favorites. I don't mind, thanks for visiting!
