Could that maybe be a Charmkin? It's about the right size.
But didn't most charmkins have a little loop on top of them?
At first glance I thought it was an ugly dressed cabbage patch LOL

These were late eighties stuff, according to my memory. If I'd make a guess, I'd say between 1987 and 1989.

Well, these (there's 3 different that I've seen) toys are popping up everywhere in garden sales and whatnot, and in the toy collector circle here no one remembers what the name of this "series" was... so it's driving everyone insane here, so I thought I'd ask here.
I had 3 of these when I was a kid, damned if I remember their name.
I'll keep waiting with my fingers crossed.
