Does anyone remember this Disney TV movie? I used to love watching it back in the day. It came on the Wonderful World of Disney and was about a group of kids that have their dog put in the pound (or something). The guy who runs the pound is Strickland from teh Back to the Futures. Anyways, the kids get trained by this hermet to break into the dog pound and free all the dogs. It was awesome!
