Does anyone know the name of that old cartoon about panama. A guy says. "Banana" and another goes "No you dummy panama" i would love to know what it is

im really not sure if thats it. All i know is that line from the show. And i realy wish i can find a vid with that line in it. Thanks for your answer ill keep looking to see if thats it.
