Ok, I can't think of it, but I know someone out there knows what I'm talking about.

Back in the late 1980's or early 1990's, there was this toy out there that looked a little like a Ghoulie. There were a handful of different ones that came in a cardboard box cage which was his home. On the bottom, there was a hole cut out because you could stick your hand in this ghoulie and move his eyes and mouth... and even make him blink.

Around the box, it had all these warnings like "don't feed the ghoulie" and silly things like that. You could take him out of his cage. The one I had was beige in color, and it was basically like a giant monster head with rubber arms.

I could also swear that there was a short-lived cartoon associated with this around the time they came out. It was mildly popular, but I don't know why I never got more than just one. Most of them were fairly identical... with just changes in their color and exterior features.

The thing that stood out was the fact that it was just like a rubber hand-puppet where you can control the eye movement, eye blink and mouth. I thought the mouth was even a little tacky 'cause I remember getting rug hair stuck in it when I tried to chomp on the carpet.

Does anyone know what I'm talkin' about?
