i recall like a white faced monster with maybe a leather jacket and he had like green hair? they like lived in a place full of monsters but he would come to the human world or something... need help...

focus on this and you'll see why I said little monsters. His face is whiteish. and watch the trailor in the link I posted you'll see his hair is blue. It's easy to forgot little tid bits like that.
where does Joker living in a monster world or wearing a leather jacket appear?
