Okay, I remember seeing this movie as a kid. It was like a Kidsongs movie, but I'm pretty sure Kidsongs did not make it. These kids were in a mansion with this old guy who had these music boxes that had little characters that were alive. And there was one music box that was forgotten about so he stole pieces from the other sets and became a "one man band".

Anybody know what I'm talking about?
