there was a show where 5(I think) teens could transform into these 3D robots and their headquarters were in some large workstation. I remember an episode where the green robot guy had drank some type of juice that made him evil and it changed his appearance

I would also say it sounds a lot like Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills. I remember that show used to be on USA at various times. That was in the time of Weird Science, Duckman, Wings reruns and many others.
