Hi Cdokes1 here again I just would like to know everyone favorite channel. It can be from any decade, era, or period in time. Remember it's a channel that you could stop watching.
Well there two for in the 80's it was Nick all day long, In the 90's it's was USA with Up All night , classic game shows, Cartoon express, Captain Commander Groovie Movies, Saturday Nightmares and many other shows. alongwith Nick on the weekends also.
Now it's AMC and the History channel

70s-NBC, ABC, CBS (Saturday morning cartoons), PBS
80s-MTV, PBS, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and too many others to name
90s-Cartoon Network (1992-1997), Disney Channel until they did Zoog Disney
00s-my own channel-with the DVD player

The Discovery Channel
Started watching it in the 80s, and kept watching through the 90s. My favorite shows were: Beyond 2000, Invention, and Next Step.
I stopped watching it during the early 2000s because of all the motorcycle/ hot rod shows. It felt like that had dumbed down the channel for ratings.
It has started to get much better with Mythbusters, and other sci-tech shows. I have since become hooked again.

I liked Noggin before it was split into The N and Noggin 2.0.
If i had it,Boomerang.
But since not,Nickelodeon when they made good shows,and CN when they showed old school cartoons and decent orignals.

Local networks and Nickelodeon back in the 80's, then it went with Nick, USA network and Cartoon Network around the mid 90's. Now, it's still Nick depending on what's on them, CN and Comedy Central.
80's - NBC, CBS, ABC

00's - sometimes if there's a good show or movie that I wanted to watch if it is boring only.

today... pretty much the same plus Discovery Channel... I love those mythbusters

VH1 Classic.
Shows everything that I want. Espicially the show "The Alternative" such greatness. 'Nuff said.

yes, vh-1 classic is so good. I'd have to say HBO though (tho).
We don't get the Horror network or the HD monster channel from our cable company. those would be so rad.

Classic Nickelodeon and classic Disney Channel. It's sad that those just happen to be the two worst channels on TV now-a-days.
When I was a kid it was undoubtedly Nick. Soooo many great shows. I mean, I watched that show from the time I was a toddler until I was in my early-mid teens!
I'd say my current favorite channel is The Science Channel. It kinds of reminds me of what Discovery used to be. Discovery seems to mainstream now. I hate shows like 'Little People, Little World' (or is that TLC?). The Science Channel has some awesome programming.
My old favorite channel (after the Nick days) would have to have been ESPN. A lot of thier shows suck now. Again, like Discovery, they've abandoned their "faithful" fans to go to the mainstream. I don't fault them for it because it ultimately means more profit (and as a business, profit is what matters most), but it still sucks.
