Oh I tried planting Skittles when I was really young and thought that like in some of the commericals a rainbow or somthing would magically sprout and I would be able to eat them or somthing. Yeah I was cool...

My Grandma told me that if i went into the playroom without her permission, el Cucuy (the Boogeyman) would get me... so i always made sure and asked.

I swallow gum all the time, and it digests in the stomach. I don't see what the big deal is with it.

That's what I used to be told all the time in high school, but I drank that stuff everyday just to show up those guys. Yes, Yellow #5, the chemical does do that, but you'd have to drink gallons and gallons of that stuff.

Grandma told me that if I drank from the water bubbler, and had my mouth right on the metal part, I'd get "Trenchmouth" aka "Lockjaw"...aka "TETANUS".
Also was led to beleive that if I swallowed my gum it'd stick there...well I've been swallowing gum off and on since 1982-83 (when I had all the nessacary teeth to chew the gum) and let me tell you....I'm just gonna go downstairs and get an x-ray... (I'm at work...you know...clinic...)

I thought that on old black and white TV shows everything was black and white in real life too.
I remember that I was 5 years old back in 1987, I went to the store (Kroger) with my parents then I remember my left hand and stole some BRACH'S candies and put it in my coat pocket and hid it then we went to my mom's car - 1984 blue Buick car that I started to eat a few till we got home then hid it again till I ran to my room and I put some candies out from my coat pocket and hid it under the pillow but later, my parents found out that I stole them but they punished me a little that why they understand why I was too young to steal. I never forget my first MISTAKE!
many of the wierd theroys that I had were already said but when I was a kid I was sort of like a cat... I thought that if I would hide under my bed that no one would see me because I wasnt able to see their eyes...
I also thought I would be able to build a robot with electrical wire, junction boxes, a screwdriver and a hammer... that didnt really work out well :(

If you loss a tooth, before you went to bed at night, put the tooth under your pillow. In the morning the Tooth Fairy would leave you money in place of the loss tooth.

I used to have a theory that all Lions were boys and all Tiger were girls. Because Tigers wear makeup. Yeah.
I thought that stars were very small and close together. I used to wonder why space shuttles weren't crashing into them, or at least didn't seem to have to dodge them.
i truly thought the Care Bears were real and looking down at me from the clouds. i also thought that it was Good Luck Bear who was planting 4 leaf clovers in my backyard, instead of nature...oh to be little again
