There was this movie or TV show that I vaguely remember watching when I was younger - it was probably somewhere between 92 and 95. I don't know if it was an episode of a TV show or a movie. Here's what I remember of it:

It was animated (I think it might have been claymation, actually, but I could be wrong). There was a kid who went around on a skateboard and then he prank called the fire station. When the firemen came they gave him a talk about how it is wrong to call the fire station unless there is really an emergency. After that I'm not sure what happened.

In another part of the story, somebody went to a store to return their "Ten minute toaster" because it took longer than ten minutes to toast bread. And then in another part there is an older couple and they must have been arguing because the man tells his wife something along the lines of "You look so cute when you're angry".

I know I'm not crazy because I mentioned this to my brother and he remembers it too. I asked my mom and she had no clue what I was talking about, lol. Any ideas?
