In the 90's (around 97-98) on Nickelodeon during the commercials there was a short cartoon like thing that involved animals. In one of the episodes one of the animals ate all the chips in the world including the old green one at the bottom of the bag. After that it drank all the water in the world. Does anyone remember the name of this cartoon short or anything els about it? I can't remember!
