You're talking about the Rudy and Go-Go World Famous Cartoon Show.
I remember that show fondly even though I was in college when it came out but it was very entertaining.

Yeah, what the heck were those puppets names??? They even had their own new years special once. The Flaming Cheeseball.

The one i remember the most was the bugs bunny one. I think it was called the wild world of toons or something.
I never watched the Rudy and Go-Go thing, but I do remember how TNT always had Looney Tunes and stuff on every weeknight. Man, those were good times.
And Ackman, TNT probably stopped airing cartoons once Turner got Cartoon Network off the ground.
