Okay here we go I'll try to remember as much as I can.

1) It was something sort of family comdey show it took place in the wild west and it was about these guys that ran one of the forts and who where the cavilary. I remember it sort of reminded me of a style simlair to Gullians Island.

2) All I remember it had to do with this girl who was half alien or something. She had a bunch of powers and stuff but what i remember the most was that she could freeze time if she put her too index fingers togther.

Any help about these shows will help me out greatlly.

The first one sounds like F-Troop.
The second one gets asked a lot here that one is Out Of This World.

I know Out of this World gets asked a lot. I remember people in the past asking thanks a lot.

Out of this World...

...I remember that show fondly. She had her powers, but had to use them for good and couldn't really cheat otherwise her father would take them away as punishment.

...the best thing I remember about Out of this World is the opening theme song "When You Wish Upon A Star, Carrying Moonbeams In A Jar....etc"... the rendition was pretty catchy.

Wasn't that a syndicated show (ala Charles in Charge) vs. a Prime-Time show?
