There were these commercials that cracked me up back in the 90's, but I can't recall what they were advertising. I know in each a "dotcom" was mentioned. Here are few examples of the commercials:
1. a man is standing in a swamp when 2 guys dressed as mosquitoes chanting "buzz-buzz-buzz-buzz" land on his skin. The mosquitoes greet each other and start sucking the guy's blood through giant straws as they are talking about this dotcom. Then, a giant hand comes down a squashes one of the mosquitoes while the other flies off (chanting buzz-buzz-buzz).
2. Three guys dressed as meteors are flying through space. Two of them start talking about the dotcom, then one metions that meteors burn up in the atmosphere. Then they approach the Earth and begin to catch fire, saying "ah....atmosphere....."
Anyone have any idea what they were promoting?
