I cannot remember the name to this show, nor have I seen it before. Only a commerical about it when I was young. It is about this black guy whose magical powers was his ability to dance or something like that. His dance moves would be able to help kids out or something or the other. It was based off a real life dancer guy(whose name I forgot also, sorry I am not being helpful.) It looked old and started around the lat 80's to early 90's I assume. It reminds me of that new cartoon "The Class of 3000" on cartoon network. Anyone care to help me out?
