fairs with good rides and fire works, nothing can beat those and are the one thing that can never change for the worst
Goosebumps (the book series) .
good music, cartoons were moslty replayed from the eighties, still they were good for the second time around, i agree about the pogs craze and those plastic soothers, and tamagochi key chains.

Going to friend's houses on Friday nights, spending the whole night playing Genesis and SNES games. Great cartoons, especially Saturday morning. WWF and WCW were awesome. The best thing of the '90s to me though was the video games.
Losing interest in the OJ chase just minutes after it started.
AND
Hating 9th and 10th grade! Although the Pens won back-to-back Stanley Cups so that helped ease some of the growing pains!

Graduating high school and going to medical school.
I remember being a bully in elementary school and tormenting little children around me during my 90's childhood, but I changed my ways... honestly

I had some great times but there were a few years in the middle ('95 - '96) that I'd rather forget most of. I remember too being bummed out that pop culture in the form of music and tv took such a nose dive around 1997.
Watching TMNT 1990 at age 8!
Cincinnati Reds won world series that year!

amen to the guy mentioning the pens winning back 2 back cups. Hopefully they can beat up on the senators this year.
Anyway some of my biggest 90s memories
the peak and fall of TMNT
Power Rangers
Good Cartoon Network (although it was decent in the first two or so years of the 00s)
Only years Ive seen the Pittsburgh Pirates with a winning record (1990, 1991, 1992)
Best video game era (1993 to like 1997)
Friday nights of sleepin over friends houses playing tons of video games (Street Fighter, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Goldeneye, TMNT games)
Back when my best friends were people in my neighborhood and playing various outdoor sports/games with them. I like my friends now, but all the crazy games we played were great.
I could go on forever

24/7 Animation on Disney Channel and Cartoon Network in the 90s. CN gave up on our generation in 2003 and started doing crap.

Movies-I would have to say Jurassic Park
Shows-Beavis and Butthead, the Simpsons etc. I don't like most of the prime time shows of the 1990s though.
Music-Punk, Metal, Rap (until about 1997)
Video Games-SMB3 (that counts right?)
fads-none
I loved pogs, Tv Shows, Game systems Compared to todays. I loved the SNES (Super Nintendo)! Love the Thread! :D
