    Loved that show...i used to go into the kitchen and grab a ladle or a big spoon and sing along with it in my footie Pj's lol ( i still wear them...yes they make adult sizes )

      There is some POTH footage on YOUTUBE. Remember the Village People performance? The contestants definitely did not understand the not so subtle homoerotic connotations . . . The Rappin' Duke guy was pretty damn horrible, but a winner none-the-less. I really like how the contestants "froze" in position to create an image for their final moment of the performance.

        Oh yeah, that host is now a canoe guide . . . he used to have a website . . . and it is NOT Christopher Atkins from The Pirate Movie.

            The one I remember the most was the guy who did ..i think it was diana ross (endless love maybe).. with a half male half female face ...You wanna know what screws me up? I 'think' i remember all of these things from my childhood but i'm not sure if its just my imagination or real memories :confused:

              You arent crazy...the diana ross dude was real. Its hard not to wipe that image outta my long term memory (whats left of it).

                      You guys ever wonder what happens to people who had their 15 mins of fame back then??? Like are they homeless now or do they own some company and are rich or are they in jail for child porn...or is it just me?? :confused:

                        I remember that show and the dude who did Endless Love. but the one talent that stuck out for me was a guy who wore flippers and an inner tube and lip synced "Rubber Duckie" by Sesame Street's very own Ernie.
                        a hopeless romantic and defender of the unloved, the geeky and the misunderstood. a friend to underdogs and misfits everywhere. :)
