I'm trying to remember the name of a cartoon that I last saw a very, very long time ago. The only thing I remember is that the main characters wore a modular metal body suit, and when they 'transformed' (for lack of a better word) they went into a transform cutscene where the various pieces of their battle armor attached onto the hardpoints on their body suit.

I know it isn't much, but could anyone help me out here? It's really eating at me...
