I was looking through some TV listings from 1980 (don't we all?) and found this show I know nothing about. It sounds like a children's show and it aired on PBS. Does anyone know what this show is about?

It's in my old collection of newspapers. I scanned it. It's listed on channel 3 at 2:00.

how did you even come up with a t.v. show, there are many listed and you can't read any of the tiny print? am i missing somthing??
