Does anyone remember the name of a drink from the early 90s (I think) that was similar to a squeezit, but instead of juice, it was a gel? It was a skinny squeezable plastic bottle with a jello-like substance in it. I have tried googling it, but I can't find anything.

I know what you're talking about, I just don't know what it's called either. I remember not liking the texture of it as it came out of the bottle, but it tasted good.

oh yea.. i think i know what ur talking about too... but i can't think of the name. i remember those mondo drinks with the weird twist tops tho.

That drink is called Orbitz. I remember they use to drink it in the 1st season of Clueless the tv show.

That drink has become a cult favorite, and I've never seen being sold it in my area.

I never saw it being sold in regular stores where I live either, But I did see them in 1998 at a 99 cents store.

Thanks for all of your responses, but the drink I am thinking about is not Orbitz. Orbitz came out later in the 90s than the drink I am talking about it. Also Orbitz is liquid with those little jello-like balls floating in it. The drink I am thinking about is all gel. It was in a squeezable plastic bottle that you could not see through.

I remember this too. I was going to make a thread about it, but you beat me to it. I remember it came in flavors like orange and cherry (I remeber drinking a lot of orange) and it needed to be refrigerated b/c it was jelly. I forgot the name, but for some reason "Mondo" comes to mind.

was it like jello in a tube from the jello makers. I know asia has a few gel drinks.
