I used to have this Alvin and The Chipmunks movie on a beta tape a long time ago. I can't remember the name, although I am aware of The Chipmunk Adventure, I just want to double check that this is the right one I am thinking of. Alvin, Simon, and Theodore find their long lost mother living in a tree and she tells them the story of how she dropped them off at Dave's house. Was this The Chipmunk Adventure? Are you positive?

No, that can't be it. I read the description and it was talking about a hot air balloon ride. It doesnt mention anything about finding their mother....

I remember both of them. But I dont think the one with the race has them looking for their mother.
