Ok, will someone eles please admit they liked pee wee's playhouse. I watched it more like it was my salvation than some creepy show on saturday mornings. I also am ashamed to admit that I had a Pee Wee doll that talked when you pulled the string. I loved it --the only reason I am ashamed is because I didnt keep it to sell on ebay . wow, alot more people seem to want them now than then.I loved the theame song....*come on in and pull yourself up a chair...a chairie!* Remember Licka hi licka high knee hole(the jeanie head in the box) and the lunch he always made. remember his telephone booth? How about the word for the day...AAAAAHHHHH!
can you remember any episodes?

Some friends and I decided to have a nice quiet night in last night to watch movies. We watched Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and then some episodes of Pee Wee's Playhouse on Comcast On Demand. Gosh I loved (and actually still love) that show!!!

I loved Pee Wees Playhouse. I have the dvd that the brought out about the one hour special that was made for HBO in the early 80's like 5-6 years before the show was even made. It was crazy funny.

Oh yeah if u want to find it its simply titled " The Pee Wee Herman Show " and I found it used at an FYE Entertainment Store. It was filmed for HBO's " On Location " show.

I loved the show, but my favorite line was from Pee Wee's big adventure. When Pee wee is acting in the movie about his adventure, and is playing the bell hop. I love when he has to page Mr. Herman in that crazy voice. It's one of those lines that get stuck in your head.

Pee Wee's play house was one of the best shows ever.

I'll admit, I liked that show as a kid. There's only one bit of dialogue I can remember. It was between Peewee and that cowboy character. Pewee asked him whether he just came from church, cowboy says no, why, and Peewee responds "They why are your boots so holey?"

It was little things like those that made the show gold.
These aren't my rules. Come to think of it, I don't have any rules.

I loved Pee Wee's Playhouse- such an upbeat tune, sung by one Cyndi Lauper. I always thought the salesman was a little creepy "I'm going door to door....!!"

I loved the talking flowers, but thought Terry was a bit whiney. I remember there was one episode where the doorbell rings and Pee Wee looks around from a door and says, rather annoyedly "I'm GOING to the BATHROOM!!"

Twisted stuff. It got rather dumb I think, after it's inital run- after 1988 or so. (It came out in 1986 or so, right? On CBS, Saturday morning).
