remember this show? I remember the guy with the tall hair(he was the main character) and the guy who put the object to his throat to help him talk.

I remember the theme song too, like, "The PJ's, the projects...." It was a funny claymation, the sewer hole plate that said, "The PJ's" in the intro and I loved the main character

A episode comes to mind of when the main character neighbors meet at some place and discuss something that I can't remember.

Wasn't Eddie Murphy the voice of the main character?

    I FREAKIN' LOVED THE PJ'S!

The main character was called Thurgood Stubbs (The super) & was voiced by Eddie Murphy.

I was just talking about this show today. I was thinking about the Haiti Lady who use to flush goat heads wrapped in paper towels down the toilet, and did magic.

I liked Juicy he was so funny. My favorite episode was when Juicy and Calvin wanted to be rappers. I also like when Thurgood would go to the HUD office and nobody would help him.

The Crackheads name was Smoky. He was funny he also had a voice like Mike Tyson.

The show was good, but didn't last long.

This show kicked ass...I remember the episode where Thurgood had to watch his temper because his blood pressure was up. And the kid was trying to make him angry by throwing his liquor bottles off the roof. At least I think that's how it went.

Can't believe it was cancelled so fast. There aren't many original programs left.

There is. In the episode, "I second that emotion" Fry, Leela & Bender move up a manhole cover with the PJ's logo on it.

On the commentary for that episode they said that the PJ's returned the favour by putting a picture of Fry on milk cartons with the word "Missing" on them (Don't know what episode they did it in though :( ).

There is also a picture of Thurgood in The Simpsons episode Missionary Impossible when there is the Fox pledge drive at the end.

Yeah, I remember that. He looks hilarious in 2D because of his big lips.

That episode had so many cameos of people from other shows. They had:

                          Mulder and Scully
                          Hank Hill
                          Rupert Murdoch
                          Bender
                          Thurgood Stubbs
                          Dylan McKay
                          The Teletubbies
                          Elmo
                          Big Bird

I dodn't embrace it like I did The Simpsons, but I managed to see a few episodes and I rather enjoyed it :).

PJs were awesome, but I feel like Fox only slated it so they could experiment with DA BOOM Tuesday, which only lasted for about a week. Futurama was the best thing to come out of that era.

I was thinking about The PJ's earlier today. I haven't seen it on television since Trio was still around (it's now Sleuth).
