I can recall watching an old cartoon, most likely a special and not a series of any kind, that had birds (possibly other animals) riding motorcycles, possibly as a gang of riders. Any ideas?

Not the one. Rats. It wasn't a series, as I mentioned. It was a stand-alone special or movie. and I think it was probably mid-80's animation.

It was a cartoon in the 80's about 5 kids that dressed up in bird suits and drove motorcycles fighting evil.
....Just throwin it out there I will keep looking tho

My gut tells me it was the 70's or 80's. I wish I could give more details, but my memory of it is so faint. I just know that the whole bird/motorcycle combo stuck out in my head. I suppose that part of it could have been only a small portion of the film.

This, and a children's book where (a cat I think) or a group of animals visit an aquarium are two things I've never been able to remember. In that book, I think the cat says something to the effect of "just the facts, ma'am."
