It had this kid or guy watching people walk by from a stairwell or bench, and the song was mainly made out of people and everyday sounds. people was making noises like taping there feet or ndoing there head, then it stopped and recountinued.The video started with the drop of a coin and next you hear the people walking, later on in the video there is a woman on the pay phone and she's going mhmm, mhmm, mhmm and mmhmm. mhmm, yeah hahahaha. It was made in like an urban looking area, and unfortunately thats all I can remember. If you could give me the name of the song/video and the artist I would be incredibly greatful.

I actually remember what you were talking about. It was a short that was showed on Nickeloden like around 1996. I remember it as well. I dont think it had a name or an artist but i bet you can find it again on youtube.
