    I never seen the show but I heard that it was a Sci-Fi cartoon made back in 1990. Sorry, that is all I know. :(

          I saw episodes of the show on YouTube, it was awful. Definitely not one of the best cartoons, then again, I hated the movie too.

                      I have the movie, and the sequel. The hairy tomato thing, I think was called FT. Furry Tomato? The cartoon was actually kind of cool. I remember watching it on Saturday mornings. I also liked the NES game, you played as the kid and you could squish the little tomatos with your foot.

                        Did the show get new lyrics or something later down the line? I could have sworn there was part of a verse that went something like...

                        "[some dude's name] has a plan,
                        To take over all the land,
                        By bringing Tomatoes to life!"
