I am looking for a movie that was out in the early 80's. I don't think it was in the movie theater long, if not at all. I rented it on VHS. The only things i remember about it, is has a theme like Meatballs(BIll Murray).Camp counselors,drinking,partying,sex, all the good stuff in a good 80's movie.There is a line that me and my brother always remembered but can't remember the name of the movie.He was the big, heavy beer drinking, guy named "Horse" that all theses type of movies had. There was a part that he asked some girl,"You want to know why they call me horse?"It was hysterical. Please help me with this.

    i did a search for movies with characters named horse and the only one i found that would fit the description "was" meatballs
    "No beer and no TV make Homer...something something."
    "Go crazy ?"

        Maybe Poison Ivy. Not the Drew Barrymore sexy thriller but the M. J. Fox movie hardly anybody remembers.

          Poison Ivy was more of a family oriented movie ...so I don't think it's that. I'm pretty sure it has to be Meatballs. Jim McLarty played the part of Horse.

            Thanks everyone for the info. I also found a movie called Summer Camp,made the same year as Meatballs. I'm looking for more info on that one. Thanks again.
