It was a relatively recent commercial (late 90's, possibly 2000/2001). It was for some sort of lip gloss/lip balm and it was directed towards young girls. In it there are animated girls (actually it might have been the lip gloss with ponytails and clothing) talking on the phone and driving a car. There was a female voice singing some song.

Completely random, I know, but it's bugging me and if anyone knows what commercial I might be thinking of please let me know. Thanks!
