So when I was in kindergarten (I'm currently 20 so people born in the early ninetees/late eighties are probably most likely to know what I'm talking about) we would get these books and VHS tapes to take home with two raccoons, I think a boy and a girl, I think they rode a hot air balloon or some shit, and it had all these songs and shit on it, like "Funny little rabbit, fluffy and white" and "Polly put the kettle on" and "De Colores" to name a few.

Does ANYONE know what that show/program was called?
