So Johnny-5 was basically the most badass robot around when it came to quoting pop-culture references in the 1980's. I'm pretty sure that anybody would agree that the fact that he has treads instead of feet is cool, as is the shoulder-mounted laser-cannon he's sporting. Plus, his eyebrows are totally rad. Steve Guttenberg would agree with me, but I'm pretty sure he's dead. If he's not he probably should be.

Man I loved that movie. Short Circuit 2 wasnt as good it was alright tho.

I loved this movie as a kid, still do, of course I have it in my collection, I liked Short Circuit 2 also, but I haven't seen it in a while.
Haha, this movie is lots of fun, even if it is really dated now. I watched it about 700 times when I was a kid. I found it in the bargain bin at Wal-Mart for like, 5 bucks.
I haven't seen the second one in ages, and haven't seen it around on DVD. Oh well.

Was I the only one after watching Transformers that thought they looked an awful lot like Johnny 5? I'm sure the same people designed the Transformers. That's why they all had little butter-fly wing eye lids and lips.
