Crime Story: The opening theme music was a remake of Del Shannon's "Runaway". It was a cop show that was originally set in Chicago, then Las Vegas. I remember watching it several times with my dad. Cool show.

Bronx Zoo: It was a series set in a Bronx high school, with Ed Azner (sp?) playing the principal. Another great lost show from the 1980s.

Sidekicks: It was a martial arts cop show that starred a young adopted Asian boy (Ernie Reyes, Jr.), who fought off and captured criminals with his karate skills.

I remember Crime Story well enough,it's on DVD too so that's a way to refresh the memory.

Bronx zoo all I did remember was Ed Asner. The last one I totally don't remember at all.

I remember all of them, especially "Crime Story". That's a show my folks would watch regularly.

I remember Crime Story! IT was one of my fav's back then...came right around the time The Untouchables (w/Robert DeNiro one of my top 5 faves EVER) came out. Did't Andrew Dice Clay play a part in Crime Story?

I've never seen any of those shows. The only Ed Asner thing I remember from that time was Lou Grant. I never understood how they took a funny character from a comedy series and made him a serious character in a drama.
