I'm having some trouble remembering what this show was called or the name of the guy. It was a really great show for kids who like to draw. He wore a sort of track suit that was supposed to look like a space suit probably, and he taught you how to draw science fiction and fantasy stuff. He would usually draw some weird planet with space creatures and space ships. He also had a book that covered other things as well.

"The Secret City". My brother and I used to love watching this. :D
