I distinctly remember hating that show.
I remember cringing whenever it was on, and I think it was because it was on so early in the morning, when I was grumpy and getting ready for school. However, I kind of wish it was on now so that I could workout with my three year old to it LOL

Yeah I remember watching it and eating breakfast before school started. Even though sitting in front of the TV eating is not excercize
Never underestimate your own abilities.
When I was in like Kindergarten or First Grade the gym teacher brought the video tape in and made us Mousercise. I don't think it went on for too long though, we wanted to play games.

I remember that show! I used to exercise along with Mickey and the crew. I was a weird kid.

I remember it coming on around 6:30am on weekdays (not that I ever watched, for I was sleeping at the time). My babysitter (when she briefly lived with us) had one of their records. I tried to "scratch" it as I was discovering hip-hop and rap at the time (I don't even listen to it these days), and I think I screwed it up.

OMG I do. I remember one time I was staying with a friend the night and she woke up at like 6 or 7am to do the exercising and stuff lol. I never watched it or anything but I just remember that one time.

I remember that after that was done it was time for "Welcome To Pooh Corner" That was the better part for me cause I wasn't too big on working out at that time of day.
