It came on during the whole Saturday Morning line-up of Captain N: The game master, and Beetle Guise. The setting was an old creepy school and the students were all ghouls and monsters. One of them I remember looked like the creature from the black lagoon, was bright green, and was a surfer "He totally talked like this dude, wicked, far out, gnarly man" lol
Lemme see, a couple of episodes I remember, one episode they had to clean the entire mansion-like school spotless or they'd lose it, and I remember the inspector came and they had it all cleaned up, but there was like a place on the roof of the school that noone would've ever thought to clean and the inspector used plunger boots to walk up the wall of the outside of the school to find the dirty spot. I can't remember what happened after that.
A better memory of an episode with the surfer creature I mensioned, is he kept skipping school to go surfing and it became a big problem so the big cahoona busts his board while he's in the middle of a surfing tournament in order to show that getting his education is more important now, as he'd have plenty of free time in his life to surf.
it was a great show, all the monsters were friendly style, not bad guys.
