There was a show in the 90's that I can't remember much about. All I know is that the animation was very simple, and the intro to the show ended with the lead character in a wheelbarrow staring off into space.

    yeah, definately sounds like Space Ghost to me

          The Little Prince? I'm sure that is probably not it, but it WAS a 1990 cartoon and he lived in space.

            I clicked this cause i thought you would be talknig about this other show that used to be in black and white im not sure what it was called.
            but it was about like space / robots.
