I remember back in the early 80's when my mom and me went to the mall she would go shopping while i got to go to the arcade. Lots of cool game back then, this is when people waited their turn and then tried to beat the high score. It seem now people put their quarters in just so they can knock you out of the game with a smug little smile on their face.

That same crap happened with my cousin and I. Everything's all cool until the very end when the game decides that two brothers who beat up an entire continent full of bad guys would wanna fight each other over some dame. Ehhh, needless to say I didn't win that fight.

That was one of my favorite games, I still play it because it's a bonus feature on Rogue Squadron III, as well as The Empire Strikes Back, and Return Of The Jedi arcade games. Most places had the stand up version of the game. But for years me and my family used to go to Fort Walton Beach, Florida every summer, and we always stayed at this hotel called The Blue Horizon. And in their arcade room they had the sit down bad ass version of Star Wars like the one in your picture.
The only problem was that the arcade was next to the pool, and kids would get out of the pool and go into the arcade, so half the time the seat of the Star Wars game was soaking wet.

I never got shocked by it, but I always got my fingers pinched in the rolly ball thing on Centipede.
